ZBG Group through years of R&D has developed a high efficient autoclave equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The 3 sets of FGZSS1.3-2.5x31.5 autoclaves, 6 ton coal fired boiler are used in the 150,000m³ AAC block plant for aac block steam curing.
It is composed of autoclave body, autoclave cover, bearing, valves, instruments, and safety accessories. Inside the autoclave, rail and steam distribution tube are equipped. The swing position is composed of weight box, swinging arm, and mounting plate, to make the autoclave cover swing up and down. The cover and body adopt Q345R steel plates specially for pressure vessel; the flanges use 16Mn steel materials to forge. The swing position adopts electric drive pusher to make the autoclave cover swing up and down.
