In July 2015, a Vietnam company ordered a carbon rotary waste heat recovery boiler from our company. Through months of designing, manufacturing, shipping and installation, the Q120/1000-50-3.82/450 was successfully put into operation on April 18, 2016.
Carbon rotary kiln waste heat boiler adopts vertical arrangement, components structure is compact. Compared with traditional waste heat boiler, it takes up less area, saves civil construction investment; novel structure, good performance. The Vietnam company purchased the 50 ton boiler for power generation by utilizing the flue gas waste heat of its carbon rotary kiln, reduced the CO2 emission and improved the economic benefits.
